A huge thank you to you and the team for the care that you provide for dad. Despite all the challenges of the pandemic you never let us down once and I have been so impressed with the consistency and standard of care while I've been living with dad these last few months. There have been a few difficult days recently and I have felt that your support has extended to myself on those occasions and I have been very grateful for this.

My aunt was a private client for (I think) approximately 5 years and as her next of kin, I liaised with the carers on a regular basis. Everyone was always most attentive to my aunt's needs and very helpful to me with any queries I might have. They went out of their way to not only provide the care she needed but to support her with her emotional and mental needs too. Overall, exceptional service was always provided.

My wife had 2 periods of care with Advanced Care, the first was given by a total of about 16 different girls, all of them were extremely good. The later period of care, up to her death, was mainly given by 2 girls, both of whom showed professionalism and compassion in their duties. I cannot fault the carers or their organisation in any way.

Nothing appears to be too much trouble, and they go above and beyond their remit, for example voluntarily getting shopping for essential items that my mother ran out of and facilitating delivery and storage of a large shopping order. They have approached my mother's condition (Alzheimer's) with great sensitivity, patience and kindness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Advanced Care.

In my opinion, Advanced Care has gone above and beyond what any other provider would have done to keep this gentleman safe. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every carer and member of the management team for the role that they played in this process - which at times, I acknowledge has not been easy due to the patients lack of insight into his situation.

Mum enjoyed the visits of her wonderful carers. Their warmth and conversation added enormously to her day. She felt safe, very well looked after, and was always very appreciative of the care given to her. Mum’s care needs changed significantly during 2020.
